- Discord User IDs – To identify users during scans.
- Server IDs – To manage server-specific settings.
- Roblox Usernames – When using
!robloxscan. - Command Usage – For analytics and improvement (no personal messages).

Your data is used solely for:
- Detecting and flagging users associated with condo groups.
- Auto-moderation (kick, ban, roles) based on server config.
- Improving bot performance and accuracy.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to the developer only. We retain scan data for 30 days for appeal purposes, then delete it.
4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data is only shared with Discord when performing actions (e.g., banning a user).
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data by contacting @haku_nl. We’ll remove your data within 48 hours.
